If you need to cancel for any reason, a 48-hour notice prior to your appointment is required. I have a strict no show/no call policy, I will not be able to reschedule your appointment without a 50% deposit. However, I understand emergencies happen. Please communicate with me ASAP so we can find a solution.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your service(s) may have to change, or you may have to forfeit your appointment. Please communicate with me ASAP so we can work something out!
If for some reason you are unhappy with your hair, I am happy to discuss any changes needed within 7 days of your appointment. There are no refunds.
